About the Competition

Mock Placement Drive bridges collegiate learning and corporate selection. Participants face real-world hiring scrutiny: defending logic during group discussions, followed by in-depth technical and behavioral interviews with experienced evaluators.

Competition Format

Two-stage evaluation: Round 1 (Group Discussion, 10-15 mins) + Round 2 (Technical & HR Personal Interview).

Event Flow & Schedule

Round 1 (Group Discussion)

Participants are divided into small batches. Each group discusses a technical or general topic for 10-15 minutes. Evaluators observe and shortlist candidates.

Round 2 (Personal Interview)

Shortlisted candidates undergo a one-on-one technical and HR interview with the judging panel in Room 306.

Rules & Regulations

Professional Attire & Documentation: Strict formal dress code is mandatory. Carry at least two printed hard copies of an updated resume/CV.
Group Discussion Conduct: Maintain professional decorum. Interrupting aggressively or using unprofessional language leads to negative marking or disqualification. Evaluation based on communication, leadership, logic, and active listening.
Interview Guidelines: Wait quietly outside Room 306 until called. Evaluation focuses on technical fundamentals, problem-solving, confidence, and presentation.

03Participate actively in a 10-15 minute group discussion round.
