About the Competition

The PPT Presentation Competition provides an authentic academic symposium environment. Students present comprehensive technical studies, research frameworks, and engineering methodologies in the Meeting Room.

Competition Format

Single-round live technical presentation (8 min presentation + 2 min Q&A).

Event Flow & Schedule

11:00 AM

Reporting & File Transfer: All teams report strictly outside the Meeting Room and submit pre-made presentation files via pen drive to coordinators.

11:30 AM Onwards

Live Presentations: Teams called in sequentially to deliver presentations before the judging panel (8 mins presentation + 2 mins Q&A).

Post-Presentation

Immediate Exit: Teams must leave the immediate vicinity after presentation to preserve corridor silence.

Rules & Regulations

Presentation Requirements: Presentations must be completely pre-made prior to the event. The content presented must be highly original. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

Discipline & Decorum: Strict silence must be maintained outside the Meeting Room. Participants are strictly prohibited from gathering, loitering, or creating noise in the corridors.

Presentation Timing: Teams will be given a maximum of 8 minutes to present their slides, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.

Evaluation Matrix (20 Marks Total): 4 criteria, each carrying 5 marks: Originality & Research (5), Slide Design (5), Communication & Delivery (5), Q&A Defense (5).
